From the UK

1. Dial 00 for international access
2. Dial the Belgium country code 32
3. Dial the phone number. (Don't prefix the city code with "0".)

From the European Union and elsewhere in Europe (except Belgium)

1. Dial your country's code(s) for international access. In the EU it's usually 00. See your local phone directory to be sure.
2. Dial the Belgium country code: 32
3. Dial the phone number. (Don't prefix the city code with "0".)

1. If calling from a hotel or other accommodation, check to see if you must dial a code for an outside line and if so, dial it.
2. Don't dial the Belgium country code 32
3. Do prefix the area code with a zero ("0"). That is, dial "068" not "68"

From North America (USA, Canada)

1. Dial your locality's code(s) for international access (In the US, this is usually "011," however you can consult your your local phone directory or contact your long-distance provider to be sure.)
2. Dial the Belgium country code 32
3. Dial the phone number. (Don't prefix the city code with "0".)

1. If you're calling from anywhere else on Earth, we don't know for sure, but you should probably follow the example for North America above.
